Sarah is a multimedia journalist based in London who is combining her two passions, journalism and coding, to create interactive and data-driven stories. Her love for digital storytelling started at USC Annenberg after taking her first coding class. Since then, she’s been using coding in unusual ways to innovate the ways journalists tell stories.
Following her recent graduation, Sarah interned at Flourish, a data visualization startup that creates easy-to-use tools for beautiful data visualization and storytelling, used by newsrooms and businesses. She’ll be starting a full time job as a junior software engineer at the publication company, Reach.
