After graduated from USC, I started my career as a multi-media journalist at NBC Palm Springs, just outside of Los Angeles. After 9 months of shooting and editing my own stories, I was promoted to morning reporter anchor/producer. While I had a cameraman for morning live shots, I still occasionally shot my own stories in addition to producing and anchoring the 11am show on my own. After two years at NBC Palm Springs, I accepted a job as an anchor/reporter in Honolulu, HI. It feels great to be in my hometown, doing what I love. I anchor the 7pm and 10pm newscasts and also get to report on breaking news and any story I’m interested in. Thanks to USC Annenberg and ATVN, I gained the skills to quickly climb the ladder.
